Ordering
Email us with the code of the dress you are interested in, and we will send a order form and measurement chart. All dresses are customised to fit your specific measurements so your dress will fit! All our dresses can be made with/without a train, and a zip or lace-up back and in any colour - all included in the price. Click here to view the colour template

Payment
Your order is securred with a 50% deposit. We will send an invoice with banking details with your order form. Please send proof of payment together with your comepleted order form when you are ready to place your order.

Ordering time
Your dress will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive. To have your dress here sooner (although no sooner than 4 weeks), please contact us for a quote on a priority order. We recommend ordering your dress at least 3 months before your wedding to avoid any unecessary stress.

Delivery
Dresses are couriered to the door for an extra R150, or have to be collected in Durban by arrangement within 14 days of your dress arriving with us. We will contact you when your dress arrives to confirm your delivery address, and the outstanding payment.

Ordering from a picture
If you already have a picture of a dress you like, you can email it to us and we can get a quote to have it custom made for you as our supplier often adds new dresses to their range that perhaps has not been listed on our website. Dresses made from the clients picture, that do not appear on our site, are made to a 90% accuracy

We understand that ordering on-line without having tried on your dress is very daunting for most brides and is not for everyone. We do recommend that you are sure of the style of dress you want and have tried something similar before ordering from us.
